Wait till you try the short ribs or beef shanks in the crock pot! Awesome! Final packaged weights average around 190 – 250 pounds, depending on the size of the animal. Pricing for a half of beef is $10/lb, your total would range from $1,900-2,500.

We will stay in touch on timing for the processing of your beef. Our goal is 4-5 weeks from order/deposit to pickup date. Please email us through the contact tab above and we will get back to you with timing. We process orders in the order we receive them. We currently process cattle about once a month, depending on volume.
Pick Up Date
Once the processing date is determined, we will contact you to set up a pick up date and time. Don’t worry, we are an easy drive from Austin or San Antonio.
Final Payment
Quarter and Half beef customers can pay by credit card or check. When we know the total weight of the beef you are picking up, or you can pay by check, cash or credit card swipe when you get to the ranch.
